We bought the bar in 1983 about from John Konchus who lived upstairs till his death. John told us a lot of history of coming and goings. Tex Renolds interviewed John F. Kennedy in the bar. Old Mrs Holmann(from fish market owner) came in and told us more history about probation and steak club that was there. Many late night back room card games. I designed current stain glass in front. Made by the late Maggie Gillus. Too much to put here. Enjoy!
